Design the official Gobycar Mascot and win great prizes!

In celebration of our 3rd anniversary, we are looking for a dynamic mascot that represents Gobycar's values of freedom, adventure and safety- it's your chance to make your mark on our history and win amazing prizes!

Prizes

1st Prize: 2.500€ and one week free rental in any of our offices, as well as an official Certificate of the chosen Mascot.
2nd Prize: 1.000€ and one week free rental in any of our offices.
3rd Prize: 500€ and one week of free rental in any of our offices.
4th and 5th Prize: 100€ and one week free rental in any of our offices.

In case the winner is a natural person (individual), this amount will be subject to the withholding applicable according to the provisions of Art. 101.7 of the law 35/2006, of the Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and to the percentage of withholding established by the regulations in force at the time of payment.

How to Participate

Design an original mascot that reflects Gobycar's values: freedom, adventure and safety, with a touch of dynamism and joy.
Necessary views (choose an option)

- 3D format: front view, side views (left and right), rear view. Optional: diagonal view (3/4) to show volume and details.
- 2D format: flat view
Send your design to our email: rrss@gobycar.com with the subject "Gobycar Mascot Contest".
Deadline: until May 31, 2025 at 23:59 pm.

Who can participate?

Any natural person of legal age or legal entity represented by a person with sufficient powers to enter into a contract can participate.
To this end, the participant must accompany the design with at least the following personal data:
- Full name and identification number
- Contact telephone number and e-mail address
Any personal data collected will be treated in accordance with current legislation. The participant can consult the full privacy policy at the following link https://www.gobycar.com/en/privacy-policy
The information you provide may be used for the purpose of sending you advertising related to our products and services by any means (mail, email or telephone). The data provided will be kept as long as you do not request the cessation of the activity. The data will not be transferred to third parties except in cases where there is a legal obligation.

Technical Details

Design Format: Digital format (SVG, PNG, JPG) with at least 300 DPI
Minimum dimensions: 2000x2000 pixels.
Design Identification: The mascot must be creative, original and easily recognizable, clearly reflecting the brand values. The design cannot be a copy or imitation of other pre-existing designs and cannot have been submitted to any other contest.
The intellectual and industrial property of the design will become the property of Sirlet Inversiones S.L. who may proceed to register it if deemed appropriate.
The chosen mascot may be retouched and improved, without losing its identity, in order to facilitate its different uses as a symbol of Gobycar.

Winner Selection

The Gobycar team will select the winners based on creativity, originality and representation of brand values.
The winners will be announced on June 5, 2025, coinciding with our 3rd anniversary, through our social networks and website.

Awarding of Prizes

Cash prizes will be transferred to the winners upon announcement.
The free rental must be enjoyed within a maximum period of 6 months from the announcement of the winners.

General Terms and Conditions

Submitted designs must be original and created exclusively for this contest. Plagiarism and design rights will be reviewed.
Participation in the contest implies the transfer of design rights to Sirlet Inversiones S.L..
Winners will be contacted through the email address provided when submitting their design.
Participation in the contest implies acceptance of all the rules.
These rules shall be subject to Spanish law and the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
